




Execute, attend to, and guide the various customer requests received at the branch in person, covering both teller and customer service functions; additionally, direct customers toward existing remote, in-person, or self-service alternatives to ensure compliance with customer service quality standards (KPIs), adherence to regulations and operational risk requirements, continuity of branch operations, and differentiated customer service. **In this role, you will have the opportunity to:** * Execute the operational post-sale process for checking accounts.\- Address customer requests according to established procedures and within defined timeframes and quality standards.\- Execute the processes of ordering, dispatching, and destroying the Bank’s valuables (checkbooks, sight vouchers, cards, promissory notes) in accordance with established procedures.\- Conduct banking transaction operations.\- Assist customers in resolving questions or inquiries regarding the operations they can perform and how to perform them correctly.\- Ensure customers’ use and movement of their checking accounts.\- Guarantee resolution of customers’ requests and provide education on managing their checking accounts.\- Guarantee confidentiality, security, and professionalism in handling customers’ personal information. **To succeed in this position, you need:** * Technical training in finance or a related field.\- Completion of a Banking Teller course.\- Prior experience in the financial/banking sector, including experience in customer service and document reconciliation.\- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
