**Sodexo Chile is seeking a Shift Supervisor to join our team in the commune of Talcahuano on a replacement basis.** Job Description You will be responsible for supervising and verifying work teams and resource requests necessary for delivering services at an assigned site, ensuring operational continuity of contractually agreed-upon services—all within technical standards, service quality, safety, and service-related procedures. Responsibilities * Prepare and verify staff schedules, shifts, and attendance for personnel assigned to the shift. * Supervise and verify tasks scheduled for service delivery. * Supervise and verify the conditions, usage, and condition of tools, supplies, and equipment required for the service. * Supervise and verify the usability of service management and personnel administration systems and applications. * Record and verify consumption, portion sizes, supplies, and losses involved in the service. Requirements * One year of experience in similar positions. * Professional in Nutrition and Dietetics. * Experience working in collective food service. * Availability to work rotating shifts (6 days on / 1 day off), including morning, afternoon, and night shifts. * Residence in Talcahuano.
