Key Responsibilities: \- Manage and coordinate reverse logistics, including returns, product returns, and transfers requested by Services. \- Administer and control inventory movements, ensuring accurate physical and system-based traceability and reconciliation of records. \- Prepare operational documentation related to the process, such as Credit Notes, dispatch guides, and inventory adjustments. \- Manage creation and updating of information in systems, including warehouse locations and serial numbers. \- Monitor and analyze KPIs, preparing control reports and spreadsheets to provide operational visibility and support decision-making. \- Coordinate with different departments to resolve incidents related to returns, inventories, and warehouse operations. \- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and internal controls related to inventories and reverse logistics. \- Administer, digitize, and safeguard\&\#8205; departmental documentation, guaranteeing its availability and traceability. \- Manage operational relationships with suppliers, including requesting quotations and validating transport pre-invoices.
