In Chile, we conduct our operations within the airport environment, where technology, communications, and operational continuity are fundamental elements to ensure the proper functioning of our services. **What Are We Looking For?** We seek to incorporate into our team an **IT (Information Technology) Intern**, interested in developing within a dynamic and operational environment, actively participating in technological support activities and collaborating on departmental projects and initiatives. The internship will be conducted on a **full-time, in-person basis**, at our offices located at the **Arturo Merino Benítez International Airport, Pudahuel commune**. **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide technical support to users in resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues. * Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, peripherals, and communication equipment. * Collaborate in the administration and maintenance of networks and IT resources. * Support the IT team in projects, improvements, and technological initiatives. * Assist in managing and tracking IT requests and incidents. * Contribute to the proper functioning of security and communication systems and equipment. * Support preventive maintenance and operational continuity of IT services. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in a degree program related to Computer Science, Computing, Networks, Telecommunications, Cybersecurity, or related fields. * Valid personal accident insurance issued or managed by the corresponding university, professional institute, or technical training center. **(Mandatory)** * Interest in developing within the Information Technology field and providing technical support. * Proactivity, willingness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively. **What Do We Offer?** * Internship stipend. * Transportation: provision of a TPA card for free use of Centropuerto buses. * Professional mentoring and guidance throughout the internship period. * A learning and professional development environment, working alongside a specialized team.
