Job Description We are seeking a **Logistics Supervisor** with experience in operations management, inventory control, and transportation coordination. The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising logistics processes, optimizing resources, and ensuring on-time delivery. Key Responsibilities * **Operations Management**: Supervise product receiving, storage, and dispatch activities. * **Inventory Control**: Monitor stock levels and ensure accuracy of records. * **Transportation Coordination**: Plan routes and manage transportation providers. * **Process Optimization**: Implement improvements across the supply chain. * **Team Supervision**: Lead and train logistics personnel. * **Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure operations comply with local regulations and quality standards. Requirements * Degree in Logistics Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. * Minimum 4–6 years of experience in logistics supervision or operations management. * Knowledge of inventory management systems and ERP software. * Leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. * Intermediate English proficiency preferred.
