Job Summary: Implement and support technological solutions such as SMARTIC, accompanying the customer and ensuring the proper functioning of the solutions. Key Highlights: 1. Customer technical training and support. **Job Description** ---------------------- Implement and support SMARTIC, ensuring its proper operation and accompanying the customer at every stage of the project. The responsibilities of this position include: 1\. Execute implementation and deployment activities for the organization's technological solutions. 2\. Conduct technical assessments with customers, collecting information on infrastructure, connectivity, devices, configurations, and requirements. 3\. Configure and parameterize applications, platforms, and technological devices according to the defined requirements for each implementation. 4\. Implement, configure, and provide support for technological devices and attendance control systems. 5\. Perform functional testing, technical validations, and regression testing of implemented solutions. 6\. Diagnose and resolve incidents related to applications, devices, networks, communications, configurations, and integrations. 7\. Review logs, records, and technical evidence to identify root causes and potential solutions for incidents. 8\. Participate in the implementation and validation of integrations between the organization's solutions and third-party systems. 9\. Perform connectivity and communication validations among devices, applications, servers, APIs, and integrations. 10\. Execute version updates, configuration changes, and production deployments according to established procedures. 11\. Train customers and provide technical support regarding implemented solutions. 12\. Participate in technical meetings with customers and internal teams to review progress, requirements, incidents, and implementation definitions. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Technical or professional degree in Computer Science, Networks and Telecommunications, and/or Electronics * Experience in implementation, support, or configuration of technological solutions. * Knowledge of networks and connectivity * Proficiency in Technical English * Knowledge of Windows and Android operating systems. **Selection Process** ------------------------ The selection process is conducted via Aira \- a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
