At Glasstech, we are looking for an IT and Systems Intern to join our IT department and participate in various projects and activities related to project development, technical support, and internal process improvement. We ideally seek a student nearing graduation who wishes to complete their professional internship in an environment where they can apply their knowledge and gain professional experience. What will be your main responsibilities? * Support the development, maintenance, and enhancement of internal applications used by the organization. * Participate in handling user requests and resolving IT incidents. * Assist with formatting, configuration, installation, and commissioning of computer equipment. * Participate in database administration, queries, and reviews. * Support the identification of opportunities for technological process improvement and optimization. * Collaborate with the IT team on various operational needs arising at Glasstech. We are looking for someone with knowledge in: * SQL Server. * PL/SQL. * C\#. * PHP. * IT support and equipment configuration. Advanced proficiency in all these tools is not required. We particularly value a solid technical foundation, ability to learn quickly, and motivation to develop within the IT field. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Engineering, Programmer Analyst, Technical Computing, or a related field. * Nearing graduation or at a stage in your studies that permits undertaking a professional internship. * Valid school insurance issued by your educational institution. * Availability to undertake the internship according to your educational institution’s requirements. **What do we offer?** * Monthly internship allowance of $150\.000. * The opportunity to participate in real Glasstech technology projects and processes. * Learning and mentoring from the IT team. * Experience in development, databases, and technical support—providing exposure to various dimensions of how an IT department operates within a company.
