Join us as a **Specification Specialist – Southern Zone, Chile.** You will be responsible for developing and positioning various Etex solutions across the Southern Zone of Chile through early technical specification in construction projects and demand generation at initial project stages. Your mission will be to transform technical opportunities into effective sales, working closely with the commercial team and strengthening Etex’s market leadership presence. **What You’ll Do:** * Identify projects at early stages to develop Technical Execution Specifications (TES). * Capture and manage projects in CRM (Salesforce), maintaining a robust pipeline. * Collaborate with regional sales representatives to ensure smooth project handover from specification to quotation and commercial closure. * Provide technical advisory and commercial support during visits to architects, construction companies, real estate developers, public agencies, and industrialized construction firms. * Develop new strategic accounts and expand industry networking to build long-term relationships. * Accompany site visits and critical customer engagements, ensuring correct implementation of solutions and reinforcing Etex’s technical credibility. * Maintain clear and organized communication with the commercial team via CRM and digital tools, guaranteeing rapid response to customers and projects. **What You’ll Bring:** * Degree in Architecture, Civil Construction Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in commercial roles. * Strong interpersonal skills and commercial orientation, with technical credibility and field autonomy. * Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory); Revit knowledge is desirable. * CRM experience; Salesforce is a plus. * Intermediate English (desirable). * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle for frequent travel within the southern region. * Residence in Temuco or Concepción. **Why Join Us?** * Our culture: We connect and care about those around us.
