At Falabella Corporate, we are looking for a Transformation Analyst! What is the role’s mission? Support the strategy and implementation of Finance function transformation at Grupo Falabella, driving new ways of working, leveraging technology and data, and strengthening Finance’s role as a strategic business partner. You will be responsible for structuring complex challenges, supporting leadership decision-making, and coordinating initiatives that accelerate organizational transformation. Responsibilities: * Structure complex and ambiguous problems by defining key questions, hypotheses, and analyses for resolution. * Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses, including data modeling, opportunity sizing, and business case development. * Prepare executive documents, presentations, and supporting materials for decision-making by the CFO and Finance leadership. * Monitor the portfolio of transformation initiatives, identifying risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement. * Coordinate cross-functional teams from Finance, Technology, Data, Product, and other areas to ensure initiative execution. * Prepare and follow up on transformation program governance committees and forums. * Lead end-to-end transformation initiatives with autonomy and a results focus. * Anticipate leadership needs and critical topics, contributing to proactive transformation management. You will work closely with Finance leaders across Grupo Falabella and our business units, as well as teams from Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data, Product, and People, helping shape the future of the finance function within the organization.
