Responsibilities: Fulfill assigned priorities, such as Business, SMEs, Enterprises, Appointments, Deadlines according to the assigned map, among others. ? Plan your daily route, ensuring it includes the required stock of materials. ? Start your daily route in the TOA/CRM system (or its replacement), aligned with your assigned work shift, and ensure you have the required stock of materials. ? Close your route in the TOA/CRM system (or its replacement), confirming completion of 100% of assigned tasks each workday. ? Initiate activities in the system exclusively when beginning each assigned task. ? Execute tasks assigned by Managers and Employers’ Responsible Officers, following technical standards and meeting service deadlines. ? Enter accurate and timely information regarding daily tasks performed into the TOA/CRM system (or its replacement) and the internal work and materials management system; this entry must be completed on the same day the task is closed.
