Position Summary: CREAR ASOCIADOS is seeking a Technical Draftsperson for its Engineering team to develop site plans and support municipal procedures. Key Highlights: 1. Member of the Engineering team. 2. Assists in preparing responses to technical inquiries. 3. Prepares adjustments to site plans and documentation packages for SERVIU/DOM. Registered in Category I as a Sponsoring Entity at the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development in the Metropolitan Region. Join our Engineering team as a Technical Draftsperson! Main Responsibilities: * Draw site plans corresponding to respective disciplines, in accordance with project-defined technical standards. * Support and collaborate in preparing responses to RDI inquiries related to ongoing construction works, specifically concerning technical drawing matters. * Prepare and implement required adjustments to site plans, as well as collect necessary technical documentation for compiling application files for SERVIU and the Municipal Works Department. Requirements: * Certified Technician in Drafting, Construction Technician, or related field. * Required experience: 2 years. * Prior experience in developing site plans and supporting municipal procedures or SERVIU applications is desirable. * Advanced knowledge and proficiency in AutoCAD. * Experience in BIM project development is desirable. * Experience with other design software is desirable.
