R\&Q Ingeniería, an engineering and project company with 50 years of experience, is seeking a **Senior Technical File and Permit Advisor** in the **Valparaíso Region (Los Andes)**. **Estimated duration of the contract to be tendered: 12 months.** **Requirements:** An Infrastructure Specialist – Municipal Works Directorate (DOM) with 5 years of general and specific experience supervising designs and managing infrastructure projects based on compliance with regulations governing construction and urban planning. Must hold a university degree in civil engineering, architecture, or related fields. * Proven experience in supervision and management of construction and infrastructure projects. * Proficiency in AutoCAD and project management tools. * Must demonstrate more than 20\.000 m² of Accepted Works. * In-depth knowledge of municipal regulations and standards related to construction and infrastructure development. **Important:** All listed requirements are mandatory and must be fully met to be considered for this process.
