About the Role
At **ARI Diseño, Arquitectura y Servicios de Proyectos**, we seek to hire a **Senior BIM Coordinator** to lead the digital and technical coordination of architecture, engineering, and construction projects.
The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring correct BIM model integration across disciplines, supervising modeling standards, managing clashes, and coordinating digital deliverables throughout each project phase.
This role will work closely with architects, engineers, BIM modelers, designers, project managers, and external consultants, serving as the technical reference point to guarantee consistency, traceability, and information quality.
We seek a professional with solid experience in BIM methodology, multidisciplinary coordination, and model management, capable of leading technical reviews and supporting the development of less-experienced teams.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead BIM coordination for projects.
* Supervise architectural, structural, and MEP models.
* Coordinate multidisciplinary models.
* Execute and supervise clash detection processes.
* Prepare clash detection reports.
* Coordinate BIM technical meetings.
* Manage observations and conflicts between disciplines.
* Supervise compliance with modeling standards.
* Review model Level of Development (LOD) and information content.
* Coordinate BIM deliverables according to schedule.
* Review geometric and informational quality.
* Manage federated models.
* Maintain file naming conventions and folder structure standards.
* Coordinate Common Data Environments (CDE).
* Supervise proper use of families and parameters.
* Review models prior to formal submissions.
* Coordinate updates and version control.
* Define internal procedures and standards.
* Support development of BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and BIM documentation.
* Coordinate information requirements with project managers.
* Prepare BIM Responsibility Matrices.
* Track technical issues.
* Participate in interdisciplinary reviews.
* Coordinate as-built models where applicable.
* Supervise BIM modelers.
* Provide technical guidance and feedback.
* Support internal training initiatives.
* Evaluate new digital tools and processes.
* Participate in BIM task automation.
* Prepare executive progress reports.
* Ensure compliance with contractual BIM requirements.
What We Are Looking For
**Experience:** 6–9 years of experience in BIM, architecture, engineering, construction, or project coordination, including experience leading BIM processes.
**Education:** Professional degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Civil Construction, Construction Engineering, or related field.
**BIM Coordination:** Advanced experience coordinating models across multiple disciplines.
**Revit:** Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
**Navisworks:** Experience in coordination and clash detection.
**Management:** Ability to manage deliverables, priorities, and multidisciplinary teams.
**Documentation:** Experience working with BIM standards, protocols, and plans.
**Leadership:** Ability to review, guide, and provide technical support to less-experienced modelers and coordinators.
Preferred Qualifications
* Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Construction Cloud or BIM 360.
* Knowledge of ISO 19650.
* Experience preparing BIM Execution Plans.
* Proficiency in Navisworks Manage.
* Knowledge of Dynamo.
* Experience with Revit API or BIM automation.
* Proficiency in Solibri.
* Experience with IFC and OpenBIM.
* Knowledge of COBie.
* Experience in architecture, structures, and MEP.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD.
* Experience in infrastructure projects.
* Knowledge of visual programming.
* Proficiency in visualization tools such as Enscape or Twinmotion.
* Experience leading BIM teams.
* Intermediate or advanced technical English.
Salary: $2.200.000 – $4.300.000 per month
