JOB MISSION: Responsible for supervising, coordinating, and organizing field crew work, identifying immediate needs, and ensuring compliance with instructions issued by direct supervisors, as well as meeting project requirements, procedures, technical specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervise and control crew activities on site to ensure adherence to the project’s progress schedule and established work plans, through effective dissemination. Coordinate field crews according to project requirements and stipulated deadlines, instructing workers on daily tasks and monitoring proper performance in accordance with operational needs. Carry out other duties related to the incumbent’s area of expertise when required or upon instruction from the hierarchical supervisor, to meet project demands. Prepare monthly task-completion reports as required by the direct supervisor, to quantify operational progress and work achievements. Requirements: Technical or university education in Civil Construction, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Minimum four (4) years of experience in similar projects. TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE: Class B Driver’s License.
