Join us in pursuing solutions to achieve a sustainable future.** **Job Description** Mission: Collaborate and support projects carried out by their business unit/department, in accordance with guidelines provided by their supervisor, to improve both decision-making and project execution processes through their work. They are responsible for executing construction contracts. They plan, optimize, and supervise resource utilization to ensure construction works are completed on time, according to specifications, and within budget. Their common responsibilities include: managing contracts and obtaining required permits and licenses; preparing budget estimates; planning and defining construction phases; supervising subcontractors’ and subordinate staff or laborers’ activities; verifying progress achieved and work quality throughout all project phases; representing the company in relevant matters, etc. **Candidate Requirements** **Main Responsibilities:** -------------------------- * **Review specialty projects, verifying compliance with regulations, technical specifications (EETT), and design criteria.** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ * **Prepare and review technical data sheets and adjustments required during project development.** ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- * **Review quantity take-offs and prepare construction quantity schedules.** -------------------------------------------------------------------- * **Manage submission and approval of materials and equipment by the client.** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ * **Coordinate related specialties, verifying correct selection and operation of equipment.** ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- * **Technically and economically review supplier quotations, verifying compliance with projects and technical specifications.** ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- * **Recommend equipment and materials in accordance with corresponding technical approvals.** ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- * **Monitor costs associated with specialties under their responsibility.** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ * **Control construction scheduling and progress, verifying compliance with established guidelines.** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ * **Review payment certificates of contractors associated with assigned specialties.** ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- * **Supervise work quality and ensure proper operation of installations.** ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Requirements:** --------------- * **Graduate in Industrial Construction Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field.** ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- * **Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in installation projects, critical infrastructure, electricity, electronics, telecommunications, or related specialties.** ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- * **Specific experience coordinating weak current systems, BMS/centralized control, and fire detection or protection systems.** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- * **Experience coordinating specialties, contractors, and suppliers.** ----------------------------------------------------------------------- * **Experience in engineering review, technical documentation, materials, equipment, and field execution.** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- * **Desirable experience in hospital projects, data centers, or other highly complex facilities.** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ * **Knowledge of BMS, CCTV, access control, cabling/networking, medium- and low-voltage electrical systems, and HVAC systems will be valued.** ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- * **Availability to work 100% onsite in La Serena, Monday to Friday.** --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- *ACCIONA has received the Top Employer 2023, 2024, and 2025 certification in Chile, recognizing the Company as one of the best employers.
