We expect you to: * Provide support and assistance regarding the use and configuration of the ERP financial and accounting system. * Perform analysis and resolution of incidents and inquiries related to the system. * Collaborate in the implementation of ERP improvements and updates. * Generate financial reports and analyses using tools such as Microsoft Excel and Power BI. * Maintain smooth and effective communication with internal system users to understand their needs and deliver solutions.
