




Analyze and review the information received from the client (types of apartments, quantities, etc.). \- Estimate the required materials for each project according to requirements, criteria, client conditions, applicable national regulations, and company policy. \- Incorporate material prices into each project under study. \- Generate or adjust estimates in case of reductions, additions, or changes to the project as requested by management. \- Strictly adhere to deadlines established by management for timely submission and potential awarding of project execution. \- Resolve and clarify technical questions regarding the project under study directly with management, ensuring consistently good relations with them. \- Assist in quoting electrical materials with suppliers. \- Alert management to any non-compliance with standards/observations/inconsistencies identified in the project under study, with the aim of proposing and documenting technical improvements. \- Visit construction sites to gather information for potential projects to be budgeted; document findings through photos and written reports. Budget Control \- Maintain an updated database of electrical material prices and other relevant factors to provide management with a cost analysis reflecting actual and current budget costs. \- Record and maintain a database for each project studied, including all information supplied by the client (Trello). \- Individually categorize each project studied by contractor, year, or any other parameter to record all relevant information (Excel spreadsheet).
