R\&Q Ingeniería, an Engineering and Projects company with over 45 years of experience, is seeking a **Consulting Manager** to join an important infrastructure bidding process (Rural Sanitation Hydraulic Works) in the Metropolitan Region. **Estimated duration of the contract to be bid: 18 months.** The candidate must meet the following requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, construction-related field or similar * At least 10 years of general professional experience since graduation. Specific required (mandatory) experience: * In planning, execution, and operation of sanitation systems. (Minimum 10 years) Main responsibilities: * Must dedicate 100% of their time throughout the contract period. * Will be directly responsible for fulfilling the tasks specified in this consultancy and for all personnel involved. * Must promptly inform the Fiscal Inspection of any events or issues arising in relation to the Administrative Bases, Terms of Reference, and other documents comprising the contract. * Their scope of action and responsibility towards the Deputy Directorate will include both technical and administrative aspects. **Desired Profile** ------------------ * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, construction-related field or similar * At least 10 years of general professional experience since graduation.
