At DFV, we are looking for an Architect with extensive experience in project development—ideally for pharmacy chains—with solid knowledge of municipal permitting, multidisciplinary coordination, and simultaneous management of multiple projects.
**Job Objective:**
The professional will be responsible for simultaneously managing multiple projects, ensuring adherence to deadlines, delivery quality, and technical, regulatory, and corporate standards set by each client.
**Responsibilities:**
* Plan, coordinate, and develop architectural projects for retail sector clients.
* Prepare and manage municipal files for POM, MP, and RF.
* Develop microlayouts, layouts, and architectural proposals for commercial space fit-out, renovation, and opening.
* Coordinate disciplines and conduct technical reviews of projects using 2D planimetric overlays.
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring compliance with deadlines and quality standards.
* Maintain ongoing communication with internal and external clients regarding project status and progress.
* Prepare weekly progress reports and deliverables tracking.
* Coordinate and monitor suppliers related to the projects.
* Conduct architectural surveys and asset inventories when required.
* Provide technical advice on construction planning and coordination.
* Prepare technical files and documentation for municipal authorities and regulatory bodies.
* Carry out site visits within and outside the Metropolitan Region as required by the project.
* Ensure compliance with internal procedures, corporate standards, and applicable regulations.
* Uphold compliance with Anti-Corruption, Confidentiality, Intellectual Property, and Conflict of Interest policies.
**Requirements:**
* Professional degree in Architecture.
* 5 years of professional experience.
* At least 2–3 years of verifiable experience in retail and/or commercial projects.
* Experience preparing POM, MP, and RF files for retail chains.
* Experience in commercial space fit-out, renovation, and opening.
* Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
* Availability for client meetings and site visits within the Metropolitan Region and other regions.
**Technical Knowledge and Familiarity with Current Regulations and Legislation:**
* OGUC (General Ordinance of Urbanism and Construction).
* LGUC (General Law of Urbanism and Construction).
* SEC regulations.
* Sanitary regulations.
* Universal Accessibility (DS50\).
* Fire safety regulations.
* Applicable municipal regulations.
**Conditions:**
* Hybrid work arrangement.
* Availability for site visits within and outside the Metropolitan Region.
* Participation in projects for major retail sector clients.
