Additionally, the candidate must **interact with various departments of the Company** to foster a risk-aware culture. **Specific objectives:** Monitor and control the alignment between the risk profile and the risk appetite as determined by the Board. Participate in defining and proposing updates to the company's risk map. Contribute to continuous improvement and support the formalization of policies and procedures for financial and operational risks. Actively participate in regulatory exercises such as Risk Self-Assessments, Solvency (ORSA), and Risk-Based Capital (RBC). Interact with different departments for status follow-up. Generate reports for senior management and various departments of the company. **Requirements and education:** Maximum 1 year of work experience. Education: Civil Engineering, Business Engineering, Management Control Engineering, or related field. Advanced intermediate level English.
