Job Description We are seeking a **Data Engineering Lead** to lead the design, development, and optimization of data architectures. The ideal candidate will have experience in technical leadership, team management, and expertise in modern data processing and storage tools. Key Responsibilities * **Data Architecture**: Design and oversee scalable and secure architectures. * **Pipeline Management**: Coordinate the development and maintenance of ETL/ELT pipelines. * **Database Optimization**: Improve performance for relational and non-relational databases. * **Team Leadership**: Mentor and train junior and senior engineers. * **BI Integration**: Collaborate with data analysts and data scientists on strategic projects. * **Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure alignment with security and privacy regulations. * **Executive Reporting**: Present progress and performance metrics to management. Requirements * Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. * 6–8 years of experience in data engineering, including at least 3 years in leadership roles. * Proficiency in SQL, Python, and big data platforms (Spark, Hadoop). * Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP). * Knowledge of microservices architectures and APIs. * Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
