Monitor management and performance indicators, tracking productivity, commitment fulfillment, response times, and service levels. Maintain ongoing coordination with Workshop, Parts, Administration, and other company departments to ensure operational continuity and a seamless service experience. Handle customer requests, contingencies, and needs, ensuring timely responses and effective solutions.
