Position Overview: We are looking for a Content and Community Coordinator to strengthen our brand positioning and generate educational and engaging content for the youth segment. This role requires creativity, digital expertise, and passion for personal finance. Key Responsibilities: Design and execute content plans for social media and digital channels. Create and adapt educational financial content for Youth Banking. Manage the publication calendar and ensure efficient distribution. Monitor trends and produce relevant, timely content. Measure impact and implement adjustments based on performance results. Our Offer: * You will begin with a fixed-term contract of 6 months, with the possibility of renewal to an indefinite-term contract, subject to a performance evaluation at the end of the term. * Your working schedule will be 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, aligned with our commitment to promoting the well-being of all team members.
