An e-commerce and retail company is seeking an INTERNAL AUDIOVISUAL ASSISTANT for its team. **Position Objective:** Provide technical and operational support in the production, recording, editing, and post-production of audiovisual content, ensuring quality and compliance with project requirements. Requirements: Technical degree or studies in Audiovisual Communication, Multimedia Production, or related field. 1 year of experience in similar roles. Knowledge of editing software (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, etc.). Technical skills to operate recording equipment. Teamwork ability. Proactive attitude and good disposition. **Main Responsibilities** Produce audiovisual materials using resources and content from various operational and production departments within the company. Record and edit provided products and content. Publish content on company-specified platforms. Monitor platform performance. Prepare audiovisual production management reports. **Contractual Conditions** **Work Schedule: 30 hours per week (Monday to Thursday from 09:00 to 16:15 hrs., and Friday from 10:30 to 17:15 hrs.)** **Location: Renca** **Salary: $420,000 net monthly (includes base pay, transportation, and meal allowance).** Job type: Full-time, Part-time Monthly salary: $420,000 Scheduled hours: No more than 30 per week
