We are currently seeking our next Transportation Operations Supervisor to work at our agency located in the commune of La Serena. **Mission:** To administratively and operationally manage and lead transportation and patient rescue service operations within assigned zones and projects, ensuring operational continuity, service quality, and effective management of key process and financial indicators critical to the business. **Responsibilities:** * Lead assigned operations—including internal staff and external contractors—by monitoring and directing service delivery within a framework of quality, safety, occupational health, and environmental protection, in full compliance with company-defined standards. * Analyze and manage operational and financial indicators with direct teams and support departments to achieve efficient, high-performing operations. * Enhance and lead the performance of direct team members, prioritizing personnel welfare by providing the necessary safety and well-being conditions required to perform their roles effectively in a positive working environment. * Manage hiring and separations; administer working hours (HHEE), absences (sick leave, permissions, medical licenses); manage fleet operations; coordinate vacations and replacements; organize training; and lead performance evaluations. * Represent the company and its contracts before regulatory authorities (regional offices), delivering comprehensive services fully compliant with labor, health, safety, occupational health, and environmental legal requirements. * Monitor and manage project and operational budgets to meet established budgetary targets and organizational objectives within a framework of operational efficiency. * Serve as the counterpart to the client company, presenting operational results and directing efforts to identify improvement opportunities and create synergies toward operational excellence. **Requirements:** * Education: Degree in Commercial Engineering, Industrial Civil Engineering, Administration, Logistics, or related fields. * Knowledge: Monitoring and control of operational and financial indicators; intermediate-level Office proficiency (especially Excel) required; knowledge of labor legislation, SAP, and Law 16.744 is desirable. * Five years’ experience in similar supervisory, coordination, or managerial roles within logistics and operations sectors. * Three years’ experience leading work teams and/or coordination activities (large workforce). * Must reside in Calama (mandatory requirement). **We Offer:** * Indefinite-term contract * Working hours: Article 22 * Work modality: On-site * Market-competitive salary * Multiple benefits as an Achs Servicios employee \*This vacancy is suitable for persons with disabilities\* We aspire to be the best by delivering health and logistics solutions for the care of workers and their families—join us!
