Internal control for project management, influencing financial aspects and timely handling of alerts and reports with detailed KPIs defined for project development. Lead and technically guide field personnel in scheduled maintenance activities, ensuring these are carried out according to quality standards and manufacturer specifications of the equipment involved. DEBERES Y RESPONSABILIDADES DEL CARGO / (JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES) Assist the project assistant manager in the following activities: Contract administrative management. Tracking component deliveries. Cost management. Project management control. Generate KPI indicators and monitor them. Develop project reporting to management. Generation and tracking of technical reports. Control of the overall project Gantt chart, considering milestones, internal work plans, supplier plans, and commitments to customers. Follow-up on internal meeting commitments to ensure fulfillment of agreed actions. Medium-term project planning. Ensure that technical and administrative documentation remains organized and updated according to processes. Lead and execute work within their specialty, reporting, correcting, and implementing improvements based on demonstrable technical grounds. Generation of technical reports and recommendations. Support planning tasks and monitor adherence to agreed timelines. Perform electrical engineering design for the project. Plan, coordinate, and control the project's electrical engineering activities. Prepare technical documentation for project development (technical specifications, calculation memos, lists, and drawings). Supervise and review the quality of project-related activities. Review technical proposals from supplier quotations. Strictly comply with Quality Instructions. Immediately report process failures or potential failures. Define technical actions to solve specific area problems. Evaluate and rate assigned personnel, providing relevant observations. Define the use, status, and applicability of assigned resources. Establish best practices to keep work procedures up to date and support continuous improvement efforts. Generation of technical reports related to inspections and field surveys. Generation and advisory on technical reports related to new technologies and/or modernizations. Regarding tasks they are involved in, comply with procedures required for accreditation, certification, and maintenance of ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004, and OSHAS 18001:2007 standards. Promote a proactive and positive attitude across different areas to ensure quality assurance, environmental compliance, and occupational health and safety. ESPECIFICACIÓN DEL CARGO / (POSITION SPECIFICATION) REQUERIMIENTOS TÉCNICOS / (QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE) **Educación:** Professional degree Mechanical Engineer, Industrial Engineer, or related field. **Experiencia:** Minimum 5 years of experience. Minimum 3 years of experience in mining. Experience with management system implementations.
