Your next challenge Add business context What you’ll be doing: • Work with sales and marketing to simplify, streamline, eliminate, and/or automate manual or inefficient processes • Act as a relay of the region and the group for the implementation \& monitoring of methods, tools, process recommended • Documents local sales processes \& policies (in Confluence and other systems). • Performs analysis to identify opportunities for improvement to efficiency within the sales organization (based on processes optimization) • Leads initiatives that drive improvements in sales data reporting to enable fact\-based analysis and insights. • Maintains CRM data (Salesforce) \- Manage records, sales reports, dashboards, workflows, and sales process best practices and KPIs • Collaborates with sales leadership to ensure sales reps are adhering to sales process. • Provides analyses \& support the sales leadership in the adjustment and the review of the coverage model/sales organization You’re a match Education Requirements: • A higher academic degree, or equivalent (via experience). Work Experience Requirements: • Experience (in theory or practice) in being in a data/ metrics decision making environment. • Experience working on go\-to\-market and sales related strategic and operational topics. • Experience: min 8 years on a leadership role.
