We are seeking the best Project Manager for our team in Chile. This role uniquely contributes to company growth, enabling you to become a trusted advisor to customers by deeply understanding their needs and helping them maximize the value they derive from Toku—as a natural builder of technological integrations and customer relationships. **Responsibilities** * Have clear understanding of Toku’s **technology products**, and how they deliver value to various customers. * Understand the different technical challenges involved in **integrating** these products with customers—whether via API or SFTP. * Propose new **functionalities** to customers to strengthen product performance within their specific operations. * Based on understanding of **products, integrations, and functionalities**, build a customer roadmap or pipeline to prioritize work. * Finally, ensure smooth operation and technical functionality of integrations and features across our customers. + Be proactive in identifying and resolving issues to deliver the best possible customer service. + Collaborate closely with development teams and other departments to resolve more complex issues and deliver the best possible customer service. + Identify opportunities, drive commercial outcomes, and ensure customer success. **Requirements** * Availability to work at our offices with 50% in-person attendance. * Organized, proactive, and passionate about technology and customer integration. * Interest in technical topics and interpersonal relationships to effectively identify and offer solutions. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as this role interacts directly with our customers. * 2+ years of applicable professional experience. **Benefits** Stock options. 6 weeks of vacation.
