Position Summary: We are seeking a Project Manager with an Electrical Engineering background and experience in Electrical Rooms and Electrical Projects to lead projects from inception to completion. Participate in project development and continuous improvement. Project Manager \- Electrical Projects / PMI Certification \- Experience in Electrical Rooms We are international headhunters supporting a major multinational corporation in identifying top talent for the position of Project Manager, requiring an Electrical Engineering background, experience in Electrical Rooms and Electrical Projects. * Knowledge of and preferably PMI certification * Management of deliverables * Risk mitigation * Simultaneous and timely coordination with production and logistics departments * Monitoring of processes and timelines * Knowledge of standards * Knowledge of and ability to organize process documentation * Management of timelines and action plans Supports all aspects of a project to ensure timely and budget-compliant completion. Must understand and manage scope, cost, schedule, internal staff, and external vendors. Reports project status to senior management. Gains experience in some of the more complex tasks within this role. Main Responsibilities: * Participate in project development from inception to completion. * Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in support of business goals. * Develop large-scale project plans and associated communication documents. * Estimate resources and personnel required to achieve project objectives. * Act as leader in continuous improvement initiatives. * Align activities with corporate objectives focused on safety, quality, delivery, and cost. * Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team. * Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path. Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools. Education: * Electrical Engineering or related field. Salary: Negotiable between $2´700,000 and $3´200,000 net monthly.
