At SEIDOR, we are looking for a PMO Leader to drive the creation, structuring, and evolution of our Project Management Office, with a focus on technology initiatives—particularly within the SAP ecosystem. We seek a profile that is both strategic and operational, with strong capabilities in planning, control, and continuous improvement, and who wishes to play a leading role in establishing a high-impact PMO within the organization. Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP project management. Experience leading or actively participating in a PMO. Relevant plus: experience leading the implementation or evolution of a PMO. Strong project planning and control capabilities. Experience tracking projects using Gantt charts, KPIs, and management metrics. Knowledge of software/technology project implementation. Analytical ability, organizational skills, and a continuous improvement mindset. Leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Results-oriented with a focus on operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Lead the creation, structuring, and management of the PMO. Define and implement project management methodologies, standards, and best practices. Monitor project status, ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, and quality. Manage and track Gantt charts, indicators, and executive reports. Ensure proper execution of software implementation projects, especially SAP. Support Project Managers in planning and controlling their initiatives. Identify risks, deviations, and opportunities for improvement. Provide executive visibility into the project portfolio. Contribute to organizational project management maturity and forward-looking capability. Work Modality and Conditions: Hybrid work modality. On-site attendance as required by role needs.
