Job Summary: We are seeking a PMO Leader to lead the creation, structuring, and evolution of a Project Management Office focused on technology initiatives, especially within the SAP ecosystem. At SEIDOR, we are looking for a PMO Leader to lead the creation, structuring, and evolution of our Project Management Office, with a focus on technology initiatives—particularly within the SAP ecosystem. We seek a profile that is both strategic and operational, with strong capabilities in planning, control, and continuous improvement, who wishes to play a leading role in consolidating a high-impact PMO within the organization. At least 5 years of experience managing SAP projects. Experience leading or actively participating in a PMO. Relevant plus: having led the implementation or evolution of a PMO. Strong project planning and control capabilities. Experience monitoring projects using Gantt charts, KPIs, and management metrics. Knowledge of software/technology project implementation. Analytical ability, organizational skills, and a continuous improvement mindset. Leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Results-oriented with a focus on operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Lead the creation, structuring, and management of the PMO. Define and implement project management methodologies, standards, and best practices. Monitor project status, ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, and quality. Manage and track Gantt charts, indicators, and executive reports. Ensure proper execution of software implementation projects, particularly SAP. Support Project Managers in planning and controlling their initiatives. Identify risks, deviations, and opportunities for improvement. Provide executive visibility into the project portfolio. Contribute to organizational growth and maturity in project management.
