You will achieve this through: º Planning, coordinating, and controlling the human resources, materials, and equipment required for proper project execution. º Ensuring timely availability of resources and inputs according to the defined planning, budget, and schedule. º Leading and supervising project execution, monitoring adherence to time, cost, quality, and scope objectives. º Guaranteeing compliance with safety, occupational health, and environmental policies, regulations, and procedures during construction activities. º Supervising project quality standards, ensuring correct implementation of technical specifications. º Defining and implementing processes, methodologies, and best practices to optimize project management and execution. º Providing technical support to the Project Managers team to facilitate construction, commissioning, and grid connection of projects. º Supporting preliminary design development and technically validating budgets, proposals, and engineering solutions when required. º Identifying, assessing, and managing technical, operational, and financial risks associated with projects, implementing mitigation and contingency plans. º Maintaining ongoing communication with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders, promptly reporting progress, risks, deviations, and key decisions.
