See where your commitment could take you. **What are we looking for?** At **GHD** , we are looking for a **People Services Support Assistant** to join our People Services team and provide essential **administrative and coordination support** to the Talent Acquisition function across the globe. This role is ideal for someone with a solid **administrative background** , a strong **service‑oriented mindset** , reporting skills and experience supporting HR or recruitment environments. While this position **does not perform recruitment activities** , it plays a key role in ensuring day‑to‑day Talent Acquisition operations run smoothly—particularly during peak hiring periods and high‑volume activities. The position will be **based in Chile** , working closely with People Services – Talent Acquisition team members locally and globally. **Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:** * Providing timely support to the Talent Acquisition teams in the region through a ticketing system (The Hive). * Creating requisitions and pipelines for new positions in Oracle (GPS). * Supporting the Talent function with psychometrics assessment end\-to\-end administrative process. * Designing Canva ads for job postings. * Filtering resumes in pipelines and requisitions and supporting talent pools. * Scheduling interviews with hiring managers. * Supporting the Campus Relations Manager with events and job fairs administrative tasks. * Issue reports and manage information as required Work on specific projects as needed * **What you will bring to the team:** * Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience. * 4\+ years of professional experience related to the role. * Proficiency in Oracle and Microsoft Office applications is a plus. * Fluency in English, both oral and written. * A strong focus on service delivery. * The ability to multitask and work with different regions. * Excellent organizational and time management skills. * The capacity to prioritize multiple requests or processes and seek help when needed.
