Coordinate and supervise maintenance execution SIGMA S.A., an integrated services company for mining and engineering delivering solutions in construction, commissioning, and maintenance, is seeking personnel for one of its projects at the Rajo Inca Mining Site for the position of: Maintenance Manager. **Position Summary:** Will lead mechanical and electrical maintenance activities at Rajo Inca, ensuring proper implementation of preventive, corrective, and operational technical support plans. **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and supervise maintenance execution. * Assign resources and personnel according to planning. * Validate technical procedures and maintenance guidelines. * Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. **Requirements:** * Civil Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer, or related degree. * +5 years of experience in maintenance of mining processing plants. * Experience leading multidisciplinary teams on site. * Knowledge of SAP and mining safety regulations. * Valid driver's license.
