The **Project Manager** is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that objectives, deadlines, budgets, and established quality standards are met.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Plan and organize the various project phases.
* Define objectives, deadlines, resources, and deliverables.
* Coordinate internal teams, suppliers, and other collaborators.
* Monitor project progress and resolve issues or delays.
* Manage the budget and control costs.
* Identify risks and develop contingency plans.
* Maintain consistent communication with clients and stakeholders.
* Prepare progress reports and present results to management.
* Ensure compliance with quality, safety policies, and internal procedures.
* Evaluate project outcomes and propose improvements.
**Requirements:**
* University or technical degree in Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
* Prior experience in project management and coordination.
