**Business Continuity Manager – Enterprise Resilience Leadership (Full\-time, Remote)** ======================================================================================= Kick off your next career move with Launchpad! We're looking for a strategic and technically adept resiliency leader ready to embed business continuity across product, technology, and operations in a high\-growth, customer\-focused tech environment. If you’re passionate about building enterprise resilience programs that align compliance, architecture, and business impact, this is the role for you. **Start date**: ASAP **Contract type**: Full\-time, Contractor **Work hours**: 7\.30am – 3\.30pm PST – Remote **️ What You’ll Be Doing** -------------------------- * Developing disaster recovery strategies for new product releases aligned with compliance frameworks. * Partnering with Engineering, Product, and IT teams to embed resilience across cloud migrations and platform design. * Leading resilience testing efforts (e.g., tabletop simulations, response exercises) and tracking corrective actions. * Conducting BIAs and TIAs and identifying mitigation strategies across technical and business domains. * Acting as the point person for resiliency tooling (e.g., Riskonnect), and supporting certification audits (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC2\). * Coordinating cross\-functional training sessions and reporting program metrics to stakeholders. * Contributing to DR architecture strategy and executive\-level planning. **✅ What You Need to Succeed** ------------------------------ ### **Must\-haves** * 6\+ years of experience in Enterprise Resilience, Operational Continuity, or Disaster Recovery * Strong knowledge of cloud, SaaS, infrastructure, and storage architecture * Hands\-on experience with BC/DR standards and tools (Jira, Confluence, Google Workspace, Riskonnect) * Proven ability to lead resilience exercises, audit prep, and metrics tracking * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills * Advanced English (spoken and written) ### **Nice\-to\-haves** * Familiarity with ISO 22301, ISO 27001, and NIST frameworks * Experience in hybrid environments (Agile\-like, Waterfall) * Background in multi\-stakeholder, compliance\-sensitive projects * Certifications: ABCP, MBCP or similar **Our Recruitment Process** --------------------------- Here’s what to expect from our candidate\-friendly interview process: * **Initial Interview** – 60 minutes with Talent Acquisition * **Cultural Fit** – 30 minutes with Team Engagement Manager * **Final Stage** – 60 minutes with the Client´s Hiring Manager **Why Join Launchpad?** ----------------------- We believe that great work starts with great people.
