Join us and help drive innovation and sustainability in our projects. **Purpose** Join the cost estimation team at the Santiago office to work together with the assigned project team on analyzing and generating the necessary cost information to support project CAPEX, according to required accuracy and client approval. **Responsibilities:** * Participate in the capital cost estimation process for the assigned project within the project's required timelines. * Perform work ensuring deliverable quality according to our clients' quality management system procedures, internal procedures and company reviews. * Support the development of discipline documents such as Estimation Plans and Basis. * Support the preparation of presentations required for the CAPEX review process, both internally and with the client. * Support the CAPEX trend management process between two study phases. * Interact with the assigned project team to provide support for generating information that will feed project CAPEX during early project stages. * In case of holding a foreign degree, it is mandatory to have its validation issued by the University of Chile. **What You'll Bring?** You will have specific and verifiable experience in capital cost estimation and/or construction budgeting of 3 to 5 years within engineering and construction companies focused on mining and renewable energy project development. **Experience:** * Preparation of technical documents preferably in Spanish and English. * Experience in developing construction budget cost estimates and/or project CAPEX related to electromechanical assembly and earthworks. * Experience in estimating any engineering discipline and/or indirect costs. **Requirements:** Education: Civil Engineer in a technical specialty (mechanical, electrical or civil). Languages: Intermediate level of English language proficiency. Tools: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Teams and associated tools. **Conditions:** * **Work location or base:** **Santiago, Chile.
