Please visit our website: www.turnerandtownsend.com **Job Description** We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic **Construction Manager** to lead the full lifecycle of a **mission‑critical Data Center development** in Chile. The Construction Manager will oversee all phases of construction, ensuring the successful delivery of a world‑class data center aligned with global standards for safety, redundancy, quality, and operational excellence. This leader will manage multidisciplinary teams, oversee subcontractors, coordinate with engineering and commissioning partners, and ensure full compliance with local regulations and corporate technical requirements. This position plays a critical role in **protecting the client’s global brand, mitigating risks, ensuring robust project controls, and delivering a high‑performance facility** that meets uptime and scalability expectations. Activities might include: * Oversee day‑to‑day construction activities (on‑site and off‑site), ensuring full compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and ESG policies. * Manage general contractors, specialist subcontractors (MEP, structural, envelope, electrical systems), and design consultants. * Review and approve technical documentation, including IFC drawings, shop drawings, method statements, QA/QC plans, and commissioning scripts. * Develop and execute construction strategies, master schedules, logistics plans, and cost baselines tailored to mission‑critical environments * Lead risk assessments, integrate safety by design, and ensure all construction phases meet global EHS guidelines. **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in **Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering**, or related discipline. * Minimum **8 years of experience** in construction management—ideally with exposure to **data centers, industrial facilities, hospitality, commercial real estate, or mixed‑use projects**. * Strong background in base building and fit‑out projects; mission‑critical MEP experience preferred. * Knowledge of Chilean building codes, permitting processes, seismic requirements, and local regulations. * PMI/PMP certification or similar project management accreditation is a strong plus. * Fluency in **English and Spanish** required. **Additional Information** *Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
