Essential role in dispatch execution and quality management. We are looking for a *Warehouse Assistant* to join our team. Based in Santiago, Chile, reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting all operational and administrative tasks required in the processes of inbound, storage, returns, and distribution, as well as providing direct support in fulfilling the daily dispatch plans for local market, retail, projects, and exports. Key Responsibilities 01 Schedule deliveries to customers. 02 Issue and send packing lists for project or special customer deliveries. 03 Review and upload ASN (Advanced Shipping Notice) into customers’ online portals. 04 Issue dispatch notes. 05 Monitor compliance with the daily dispatch schedule, reporting any deviations to your direct supervisor. 06 Participate in cyclic, semi-annual, and monthly inventories. 07 Schedule cut preparation and coordinate its proper execution. 08 Support correct receipt of products from manufacturing plants and imports, verifying product conformity. 09 Ensure completion of tasks assigned by direct supervision, while also ensuring proper use of tools and machinery. 10 Comply with corporate safety, quality, and environmental requirements applicable to the company and established under OHSAS 18001, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001 standards relevant to this area. 11 Actively participate in training programs and report any issues related to quality, safety, and environment (incidents, non-conforming products, machine failures, potential hazards, environmental events, near-misses). 13 Lead daily dispatch processes and report deviations.
