Ensure the company's image is upheld, aiming to maintain continuous power supply and delivery of contracted services within the quality standards required by the company, regulatory bodies, and customers. **Responsibilities:** * Review engineering documentation and prepare relevant documentation, protocols, and intervention plans for factory testing and commissioning. * Lead FAT testing of control systems according to established schedules and received requests, maintaining good customer relationships, understanding their needs, identifying new improvement and business opportunities, forwarding them internally through proper channels, meeting demands, and contributing to customer satisfaction. * Lead SAT testing, providing field technical support to customers to identify technical issues and define corrective actions within their area of expertise. It will be important to adhere to the established schedule and report any deviations preventing goal achievement to the Manager, to jointly plan necessary corrective actions. Identify new business opportunities, forward them internally through proper channels, meet demands, and contribute to customer satisfaction. * Maintain a strong focus on customer centricity, sustaining technical contact and providing continuous support.
