Ensure the best products at the best cost, maintain relationships with suppliers **Job Responsibilities:** * Development and Execution of Category Strategy * Develop and lead the sourcing strategy for the assigned category, aligned with the company's business objectives. * Identify efficiency initiatives, either through synergies between business units or other levers. * Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to identify cost-saving opportunities, innovation, and supply chain improvements. * Implement cost reduction strategies without compromising quality and sustainability. * Develop and/or optimize supplies and materials through direct collaboration with clients and suppliers, showroom activities, field visits, etc. **Requirements:** 3\-5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain, with a focus on strategic sourcing. Industrial Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. Proven negotiation skills, excellent communication ability, and strong analytical skills. Problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure. Knowledge of procurement principles.
