





We are looking for a Category Manager to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for leading the procurement strategy for the development of the Medical Supplies category, focused on public and private healthcare institutions. The selected candidate will face the challenge of developing an optimal assortment and multichannel pricing strategy, negotiating with suppliers, structuring technically sound and profitable portfolios, and coordinating with medical representatives and the sales team to ensure strong technical-commercial positioning. They will also work on bid proposals in coordination with the Public Market Category Manager. **What will your main responsibilities be?** * Define optimal product assortment for clinical institutions, hospitals, and health centers. * Negotiate differentiated technical and commercial terms with suppliers. * Coordinate the sales team and medical representatives to ensure a unified and competitive message. * Ensure regulatory compliance for all products: ISP, technical data sheets, certifications. * Develop GDO sales in institutional healthcare, currently underserved. * Prepare offers for high-volume private tenders. * Collaborate with the Public Market Category Manager on government tenders. **What do you need to apply?** * Minimum 5 years of experience in medical supplies, clinical devices, or hospital distribution. * Technical knowledge of medical products: gloves, syringes, dressings, disposables, etc. * Direct experience with ISP, sanitary certifications, and healthcare sector clients. * Analytical skills in profitability, pricing, and business development. * Ability to work with B2B sales and supplier technical specialists (medical representatives). **What do we offer?** * Meal allowance at the company cafeteria. * Parking. * Statutory benefits, Life Insurance (upon transition to indefinite contract). * Affiliation with Los Andes Compensation Fund, with various agreements for employees and their families. * Various discount vouchers in different areas (health, training, etc.). * Paid birthday leave. * Job stability.
