At Tottus, we are looking for a Grocery Category Manager! What is the role’s mission? Support the Product Manager in developing and executing the category’s commercial strategy, contributing to achieving sales, profitability, assortment, product development, and display objectives. Responsibilities: * Contribute to achieving category objectives by supporting the attainment of sales, margin, and growth targets. * Monitor product development and launch processes, ensuring proper execution of commercial initiatives. * Analyze category sales, performance, and behavior to identify improvement and growth opportunities. * Monitor market and competitive trends to generate value propositions for the category. * Maintain consistent communication with suppliers and support areas such as Marketing, Supply, E\-Commerce, and Trade Marketing. * Support the implementation of commercial strategies to enhance category performance. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Degree in Commercial Engineering or Industrial Civil Engineering. * Minimum 1 year of professional experience and/or internship in retail and/or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG). * Preferred: 1 year of experience as a Category Manager or in similar roles. * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel proficiency (mandatory). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (mandatory). * Interest in and/or basic knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and automation tools. * Basic English proficiency preferred.
