At Banco Falabella, we are looking for a Product Analyst to join our team and help us transform the experience of millions of customers in Chile, Peru, and Colombia. What will be your mission? You will be a key player connecting business needs with technical execution, participating in the Reconciliation and Data Lake team. You will work with cross-functional teams, applying agile methodologies and digital tools to ensure every feature delivers real value to our customers. What will you do daily? * Translate business requirements into clear, well-defined user stories with precise acceptance criteria. * Facilitate continuous backlog refinement with the team, ensuring alignment and effective prioritization. * Lead agile ceremonies within the team, ensuring proper alignment between business and technical areas. * Manage the lifecycle of tickets, ensuring accurate updates and traceability at each stage. * Act as the functional subject-matter expert, resolving product-related questions and aligning definitions among stakeholders and the technical team. * Communicate progress, results, and risks clearly and promptly to key stakeholders. * Actively collaborate in incident resolution, prioritizing operational continuity. * Support the team’s production processes, ensuring their correct execution and continuity. Education and Experience * Degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Mandatory). * Prior experience in similar roles or genuine interest in the digital and product space. * Advanced Excel and SQL knowledge. * Experience with APIs, data modeling, log review in Kibana, Grafana, or any event-tracking tool. * Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
