### **DESCRIPTION**
We are looking for a Labor Relations Assistant, with or without experience, who wishes to take their first professional steps in a dynamic, high-learning environment. The position includes an initial trainee stage at the Central Office (Santiago), where you will gain a comprehensive understanding of the business, followed by field assignments in northern Chile, directly participating in the operation of our projects. The role’s mission is to ensure efficient administrative management on site by analyzing, monitoring, and controlling labor processes, thereby actively contributing to order, compliance, and smooth project execution. Other responsibilities include: \- Supporting payroll processing by managing and validating employment records. \- Monitoring attendance control by reviewing records and handling incidents. \- Assisting with expense reporting and other administrative tasks specific to site operations. \- Performing coordination and administrative tasks supporting the achievement of team objectives, per supervisory guidelines. Requirements: \- Graduates or degree candidates in Business Engineering, Human Resources, Administration, Accounting, or \- related technical programs. \- Prior experience or knowledge in administrative and labor management processes is desirable. \- Must reside in Santiago and be available for future on-site work.
