You will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing data models across our information management platforms, ensuring that data streams from diverse sources integrate efficiently and reliably to support strategic decision-making and business value creation in a dynamic and innovative environment. Your primary objective in this role will be to design and execute the necessary data models to facilitate and process information efficiently and reliably, enabling data collection, transformation, and integration across the organization. Additionally, your work will ensure that information is available, accessible, and structured to support informed decision-making. **Key Responsibilities:** Design and build data models on information management platforms to ensure efficient and reliable data collection through optimized products. Implement and enable data collection, processing, and integration processes from diverse sources, optimizing data flow and system availability across the company. Execute data transformation processes to deliver structured information that facilitates analysis and strategic use. Propose new technologies or frameworks, actively participating in the Data and Advanced Analytics Chapter. Deliver and receive guidelines and standards through cross-functional collaboration with the development team, Agile Coach, Architecture, and DevEx. Requirements What do we expect from you? ✨ **Education:** Degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields **Experience:** Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles such as Data Analyst, Data Specialist, or Data Engineer. **Practical Experience:** Experience working in agile environments, using Cloud platforms, and developing and supporting data products. **Technical Knowledge:** Strong expertise in databases and their management (SQL and NoSQL), as well as programming and scripting languages (Python, SQL). Experience in data profiling, cleansing, enrichment, and quality assurance. Data handling, secure storage practices, and knowledge of Data Security. Knowledge of Cloud Computing (AWS and/or GCP preferred). Use of developer tools such as Git (version control and source code management). Understanding of API, event, and large-scale database design patterns.
