Being part of an international company with high-impact projects At **Elecnor Chile**, we are currently looking for a **BMS Developer Operator** to join our maintenance and support service for centralized control systems (BMS) and energy management systems (PME) across major shopping centers nationwide. The role will be responsible for monitoring and controlling the operational performance of BMS systems, ensuring compliance with operational protocols, response times, and operational continuity of the platforms. ### **About the Challenge:** * Monitor and control the operational performance of BMS and PME platforms * Execute incident response and service protocols according to defined SLAs * Operate centralized control interfaces and platforms * Record events and incidents in the maintenance management platform * Promptly report incidents affecting system operations * Keep communication channels and operational records up to date * Comply with and promote safety, occupational hygiene, and environmental standards * Coordinate actions with technical teams and specialized supervisors * Support operational follow-up and continuity of systems ### **What Would We Love to See in You?** * Technical training in Electricity, Automation, or related field * Minimum 5 years of experience operating BMS platforms — mandatory requirement * Proficiency with platforms and interfaces: SBO, EBO, TRACER, PME, ECOEXPERT, and METASYS * Knowledge of centralized control system monitoring * Experience in incident management and operational follow-up * Ability to analyze and respond effectively to technical contingencies ### **We Are Looking For** Proactive individuals focused on operational continuity and teamwork, eager to grow within high-impact technological projects. ### **What Are We Offering?** * Confidential selection process * Direct employment contract with Elecnor Chile * Stable project with high technological complexity * On-site work mode in Santiago * Competitive salary commensurate with experience * Professional development opportunities Offer made under the framework of **Law 21.015 on Labor Inclusion** If you are seeking a new challenge and wish to join an international company delivering high-impact projects, we invite you to apply!
