Position Summary: We are seeking a Head for the Engineering Project Coordination Area, responsible for leading technical and managerial coordination of multidisciplinary projects, ensuring integration and compliance. Job Opportunity – Head of Engineering Project Coordination Area We seek to hire a Head for the Engineering Project Coordination Area, responsible for leading technical and managerial coordination of multidisciplinary projects. Main Responsibilities: The role’s primary challenge is to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering projects, ensuring their progress, proper integration across disciplines, and fulfillment of quality, schedule, and scope commitments. We seek a professional capable of leading technical teams, managing requirements, anticipating interferences, and effectively monitoring projects. Requirements: \- Civil Engineer, Mechanical Civil Engineer, or related engineering professional. \- Experience in coordination and management of multidisciplinary engineering projects. \- Experience in real estate, infrastructure, or other projects of similar complexity. \- Experience coordinating structural, architectural, and MEP disciplines. \- Knowledge of BIM methodology. \- General knowledge of regulations applicable to engineering and construction projects. \- Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, Autodesk Forma/BIM 360\. \- Planning, organization, and monitoring capabilities. \- Leadership and technical team coordination skills. \- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position. Work Mode: On-site – Providencia, Santiago \- Chile. Working Hours: 41 hours per week (Mon–Thu 8:00–18:00, Fri 8:00–13:00\). Benefit: Health insurance upon transition to an indefinite-term contract.
