A medium-sized family-owned enterprise with 18–24 employees, featuring an experienced, communicative, and courteous master team. ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** A bronze foundry and metal-mechanical company specializing in custom-designed fittings, located in Lo Pinto, Lampa, requires a CNC Technician or Designer-Operator for a FANUC CNC Machining Center. Key Responsibilities: Part Machining: Operate CNC Machining Centers, perform CAM design, enjoy a comfortable office and high-end instruments. Blueprint Interpretation: Read and understand detailed technical drawings for component manufacturing. Perform on-machine programming or software-based CAM programming (specific experience must be indicated). Machine Setup (Set-up): Complete machine configuration, including tool mounting, workpiece clamping, and machining parameter adjustment. 3D Printer Operation (Desirable): Use 3D printers to produce prototypes, fixtures, or other required components. Quality Control: Measure and verify dimensions of machined parts using precision instruments (calipers, micrometers, etc.). Maintenance and Organization: Perform basic preventive maintenance on assigned equipment and maintain workplace order and cleanliness. Problem Solving: Identify and efficiently resolve operational issues arising during production. Collaboration: Coordinate and collaborate effectively with various departments within the company. Requirements: Demonstrable experience as a Machining Center Operator. Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints. Proficiency in using dimensional measurement instruments. Technical education is preferred (e.g., Machining Technician, Industrial Maintenance Technician, Machinery and Tools Technician, or related field).
