We are seeking an Asset Optimization Consultant to support the development of diagnostics, assessments, and management model design to improve the reliability and sustainability of physical assets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support asset management maturity diagnostics and assessments
2. Collaborate on developing improvement plans and roadmaps for clients
3. Participate in asset management and reliability consulting projects

Our team in Chile is growing, and we are currently recruiting an Asset Optimization Consultant to join our Asset Optimization business line in the Santiago office.
The professional will support the development of diagnostics, assessments, process mapping, management model design, and guidance for organizational transformation initiatives aimed at improving the reliability, performance, and sustainability of physical assets.
**About the Role**
* Participate in asset management maturity diagnostics and assessments within electrical sector organizations.
* Support implementation of initiatives related to Asset Management Systems aligned with ISO 55001 guidelines.
* Gather information on processes, assets, risks, and organizational practices to identify improvement opportunities.
* Develop procedures, standards, methodologies, and instructions related to asset management and Integrated Grid Infrastructure Management Systems (SGIIE).
* Participate in workshops and meetings with operations, maintenance, engineering, planning, and management teams.
* Support development of asset criticality, risk, and performance matrices.
* Collaborate on developing client improvement plans and roadmaps.
* Prepare technical and executive reports presenting results, findings, and recommendations.
* Support internal audit activities, compliance evaluations, and preparation for certification processes.
* Contribute to the development of proposals and consulting projects related to Asset Management, Reliability, and Operational Excellence.
**About You**
* Civil or Executive Engineer in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Maintenance Engineering, or a related field.
* 3–7 years of professional experience.
* Experience in power generation, transmission, distribution, mining, industrial, or consulting companies.
* Participation in projects related to Asset Management, Maintenance, Reliability, or Risk Management.
* Desired experience in implementing or evaluating ISO 55001-based Management Systems.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and Power BI.
* Knowledge of Operational Reliability methodologies.
* Intermediate English proficiency.
